Lizzie Fortunato
Twin sisters Lizzie and Kathryn Fortunato founded Lizzie Fortunato in 2008 with the intent of creating unique accessories that use unexpected materials and champion handicrafts from a breadth of places and cultures. The collection is produced in New York by a team of skilled metalsmiths and seamstresses and extreme care goes into each piece. Both the statement jewelry and the leather goods have attracted the attention of the fashion world’s most prominent tastemakers including Leandra Medine, Natalie Joos, and Anya Ziourova. It has been recognized by Harper’s Bazaar Magazine as ‘one of the World’s most promising accessories lines’, and has also been tapped by VPL, SUNO, Matthew Williamson, and Jenni Kayne for runway collaborations. The label has been featured on the covers of Women’s Wear Daily, W Korea and Vogue China and on the pages of Vogue, British Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and The New York Times.
