The Zan Power Ring was specifically created to honor women and their continued resistance against oppression, particularly this year when we are seeing women’s rights and autonomy threatened globally from restrictions on education in Afghanistan, restrictions on reproductive rights in the US, and restrictions on dress in Iran, India and France. The rhombus shaped lapis represents the courage, wisdom and truth of women and the brilliant .50 carat De Beers diamond with code of origin represents their strength, resilience and light. The band is etched with Mazahri’s 7 principal motifs representing women, transcendence, guidance, community, peace, expansion, and love.
