HOW TO ENTER: User must post a photo to Instagram and tag @shopmarissacollections on or before May 15, 2023.

PRIZE: One $500 gift card to be used at Marissa Collections Palm Beach.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Mother’s Day Giveaway is impaired in any way, Marissa Collections may, in its sole discretion, either:

(a) suspend the Mother’s Day Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume at their discretion; or (b) award the prizes based on the Judging Criteria from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Marissa Collections reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Mother’s Day Giveaway.

DISPUTES: You agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Mother’s Day Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

WINNER INFORMATION: Winners will be contacted through Instagram DM and posted on Marissa Collections Instagram page after the Mother’s Day Giveaway ends.
