The Bigger the Better...Alexander Wang Fall 2013

In a lieu of volume and texture, Alexander Wang’s fall collection was filled with soft, round silhouettes with the great couturiers of the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s in mind. Fuzzed out in alpaca, mohair and fur the motto appears to be the bigger the better. All looks in a cohesion of smoky tones makes each piece that much more appealing and desirably mysterious. The collection is very downtown chic featuring luxe leather, boxy jackets and pants with extra room giving a larger than life allurement. Curved shoulders and jackets with oversized hoods continue the collection on its path of epic proportions.
