Taking advantage of a complimentary service is always a must, especially when it comes to something as vital as skincare. At Marissa Collections we are so lucky to have an in store skincare and cosmetics expert, Monica. We have featured blog stories before covering Smashbox Cosmetics and Monica’s fabulous makeover for our Director of e-commerce H. We haven’t really shown you any up close and personal pieces on the other service provided our renowned Cellcosmet facials. The revolutionary Swiss cosmetics company, Cellcosmet, has some pretty impressive formulas for both their men’s and women’s skincare line. And they actually work! Not only can you get this service in store, but the products are available for purchase for use at home and the process couldn’t be easier. As the music played gently in the background I tried my best to pay attention and not fall asleep while Monica worked her magic on my face, so that I could bring you my take on this fantastic service.
Step 1. Cleansing and Pretreating the Skin
Monica started by removing any impurities from my skin with the Cellcosmet Purifying Gel, and Gentle Cream Cleanser. She then rebalanced my skins PH with the Cellcosmet Active Tonic and made sure it was ready to absorb the rest of the treatment with the Cellcosmet Activator Gel.
Step 2. Exfoliation
Clearing my pores of blackheads and other impurities, Monica massaged my face with the Cellcosmet Exfoliant Dual Action. The spheres in this exfoliator are perfectly round so it won’t scratch my skin, and it works on an enzymatic level so you don’t necessarily have to move it around a whole lot to get the benefits.
Step 3. Phyto Treating Skin Care Mask
Next Monica covered my face and neck in the Cellcosmet Precious Mask to reveal my skins radiance. After Exfoliation this was probably my favorite part. This is also Marissa’s favorite mask to use, keeping her beautifully radiant year round.
Step 4. Intensive Cellular Skin Care Treatment
Adding to my skins own natural cells to strengthen them is the basic purpose for Cellcosmet Skincare. We abuse our skin sometimes, and the Cellcosmet Ultra Vital cellular revitalizing cream brings back youthful look and cures my skins woes.
Step 5. Eye Contour and CellLift Serum
Yeah I’m not a spring chicken anymore, but it doesn’t mean I can’t look like one. The Cellcosmet Cellular Eye Contour Cream moisturizes the skin around my eyes and softens fine lines.
Then, woah, here comes the big finale: the new Cellcosmet CellLift Serum. It tightens your skin to perfection reducing the look of aging almost instantly. I could feel it plumping up the skin on my forehead and while it isn’t a fountain of youth, it’s very close.
As my facial came to a close and I sat up to view my new complexion I couldn’t help but think, goodness I am going to have to splurge a little and get a few of these products. The exfoliant is a must, followed by the precious mask, and another surprising favorite the active tonic. I will definitely be back for another round, possibly after fashion week to clean New York off my face.
